Among the notable participants on the Steering Committee are Duncanville's political pimp, Steve Madison, who seems to have his hand in everything. Dalton Lott, who has earned possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars in kickbacks and taxpayer-diverted funding for his properties. Oh, and Gerald Hill, who is now waging a fight against District 5 Councilwoman Johnette Jameson.
